The Bar Manager will be our Mixologist-in-Chief and creator of the most amazing and atmospheric parts of the nhow London.

Main tasks and responsibilities

• Has an excellent knowledge of all licensing regulations for a top tier bar operation.
• Demonstrates an excellent understanding of all beverages and food available within the bar.
• Has a flair for creating concoctions and is always sharing skills with the team.
• Maintains a clean and hygieic work area at all times.
• Ensures that only a quality product is being served.

Knowledge and skills

• Preferably a bartender qualification and personal license to serve alcohol
• At least 5 years of bar service experience in a vibrant hotel.
• Fluent in English.
• A charismatic and confident communicator in every sense.
• Analytical, focused, hands-on and results-driven – A Strong conceptual thinker.
• Highly organized and ability to multi-task in a driven manner.
• Outstanding Leadership skills.
• Team player
