Main tasks and responsibilities

• Maintains a full working knowledge of the coffee machinery used at the Hotel.
• Keeps an excellent knowledge of the different types of blend of coffee and infusions used.
• Identifies best selling items and ensures that these are communicated to the F&B Manager.
• Maintains a clean and safe working environment, ensuring the machinery is well kept.
• Ensures that there is a sufficient level of stock available for service levels.

Knowledge and skills

• At least 1 year of barista experience in a quality environment.
• Fluent in English.
• A charismatic and confident communicator in every sense.
• Analytical, focused, hands-on and results-driven – A Strong conceptual thinker.
• Highly organized and ability to multi-task in a driven manner.
