Supports the Bar Manager in creating one of the most amazing and atmospheric parts of the nhow London for all guests and visitors.

Main tasks and responsibilities

• Fully aware of, and conversant with, all current liquor licensing laws
• Has an excellent knowledge of all beverages available from the bar.
• Maintains an up to date knowledge of latest beverage trends within London.
• Ensures that the Bar area is fully stocked and assists the Bar Manager with stocktake.
• Works to ensure that guests are provided with a memorable beverage journey.

Knowledge and skills

• Preferably a bartender qualification and personal license to serve alcohol
• At least 2 years of bar service experience in a vibrant hotel.
• Fluent in English.
• A charismatic and confident communicator in every sense.
• Analytical, focused, hands-on and results-driven – A Strong conceptual thinker.
• Highly organized and ability to multi-task in a driven manner.
• Outstanding beverage preparation skills.
• Team player
