chef de partie Kitchen

Description

This wil be the beating heart of the Kitchen Team, and will be the person who will really get to develop an understanding of what it means to work in a fantastic and creative team.

Main tasks and responsibilities

  • Preparing, cooking and presenting dishes within your area of the kitchen.
  • Ensuring you and your team have high standards of food hygiene.
  • Motivating and training any demi-chef de parties within the team.
  • Helping the sous chef and Executive chef to develop new dishes.
  • Monitoring portion and waste control of Junior team members.

Knowledge and skills

  • At least 3 years as a well-trained Demi-Chef de Partie in a Restaurant environment.
  • Fluent in English.
  • A charismatic and confident communicator in every sense.
  • A natural leader of people and an ambassador of the nhow brand
  • Analytical, focused, hands-on and results-driven – A Strong conceptual thinker.
  • Highly organized and ability to multi-task in a driven manner.
  • Team player
