Description

Supervises all aspects of the Restaurant and Lounge operations, and motivates the waiter team to give their very best, no matter the challenge.

Main tasks and responsibilities

• Assists the F&B Manager in leading the daily operations whilst on duty.
• Ensures that all staff members are fully briefed ahead of the start of the shift.
• Creates a welcoming atmosphere for all guests coming to enjoy the hotel outlets.
• Provides on the job training and coaching for all waiters within the F&B team.
• Maintains an excellent product knowledge of all menu items on sale within the hotel.

Knowledge and skills

• At least 3 years of food and beverage experience in a vibrant hotel.
• Fluent in English.
• A charismatic and confident communicator in every sense.
• Analytical, focused, hands-on and results-driven – A Strong conceptual thinker.
• Highly organized and ability to multi-task in a driven manner.
• Outstanding Leadership skills.
• Team player
