front office shift leader Front Office
Description
Supervises all aspects of the front desk shift and motivates the reception team to give their very best, no matter the challenge.
Main tasks and responsibilities
- Ensures that all team members are aware of the daily business levels within the hotel.
- Leads shift preparations for VIP and group arrivals, ensuring all team members are briefed.
- To help the reception team with their development and on the job training whilst on duty.
- Ensures that departure and arrival experiences are delivered as per nhow brand standards.
- To handle and action any guest complaints in accordance with hotel policies.
Knowledge and skills
- Degree at Bachelor Level, preferably in a Hospitality related field.
- At least 3 years of front office reception experience in a vibrant hotel.
- Fluent in English.
- A charismatic and confident communicator in every sense.
- Analytical, focused, hands-on and results-driven – A Strong conceptual thinker.
- Highly organized and ability to multi-task in a driven manner.
- Outstanding Leadership skills.
- Team player
