guest relations executive Front Office
Description
This person will be the genuine guru who knows what it means to deliver service served with lashings of warmth and wonder.
Main tasks and responsibilities
- Designs and delivers the ‘guest journey’ for the nhow London whilst on duty.
- Acts as the main point of contact for all dignitaries, VIP guests and long stay residents.
- Works with colleagues to provide timely resolutions to any ‘glitches’ that occur.
- Develops new and exciting ideas for creating fresh, year round VIP concepts.
- Oversees the preparation and delivery VIP amenities and letters.
Knowledge and skills
- Degree at Bachelor Level, preferably in a Hospitality related field.
- At least 3 years of front office experience in a vibrant hotel.
- Fluent in English.
- A charismatic and confident communicator in every sense.
- Analytical, focused, hands-on and results-driven – A Strong conceptual thinker.
- Highly organized and ability to multi-task in a driven manner.
- Outstanding Leadership skills.
- Team player
