Description
You will be embarking on a very exciting adventure towards becoming a world class chef, and this will be an excellent opportunity to learn about new areas of cooking with some great people.
Main tasks and responsibilities
- Prepares Breakfast dishes A La Carte as requested. Makes an Egg-xceptional Omelette!
- To be able to learn on your feet and be passionate about food production.
- To be versatile and ready to take on different challenges as they come.
- Maintaining high standards of hygiene in the kitchen at all times.
- Assists the Chef de Partie with Mis en Place for next day service requirements.
Knowledge and skills
- At least 1 year as a Commis Chef in a Restaurant environment.
- Fluent in English.
- A charismatic and confident communicator in every sense.
- Highly organized and ability to multi-task in a driven manner.
- Team player
