Description

You will be embarking on a very exciting adventure towards becoming a world class chef, and this will be an excellent opportunity to learn about new areas of cooking with some great people.

Main tasks and responsibilities

  • Prepares Breakfast dishes A La Carte as requested. Makes an Egg-xceptional Omelette!
  • To be able to learn on your feet and be passionate about food production.
  • To be versatile and ready to take on different challenges as they come.
  • Maintaining high standards of hygiene in the kitchen at all times.
  • Assists the Chef de Partie with Mis en Place for next day service requirements.

Knowledge and skills

  • At least 1 year as a Commis Chef in a Restaurant environment.
  • Fluent in English.
  • A charismatic and confident communicator in every sense.
  • Highly organized and ability to multi-task in a driven manner.
  • Team player
