Helps to keep the hotel looking beautiful and helps the Maintenance Manager to keep it working at the very best levels possible.

Main tasks and responsibilities

• To undertake standard electrical, plumbing and decorative repairs to a high standard.
• To liaise with and monitor Contract staff in the performance of their duties.
• To complete and maintain documentation in line with health and safety regulations.
• To ensure the security of guests, personnel and company property throughout the hotel.
• To maintain a high level of knowledge of all emergency maintenance procedures.

Knowledge and skills

• Preferably minimum of 3 years as a Multi-tasking technician
• Preferably with trade qualifications from City and Guilds or equivalent
• Good understanding of all major trades, including plumbing, painting/decorating, electrical etc.
• A good understanding of the English Language.
• Highly organized and ability to multi-task in a driven manner.
• Team player
