The tip of the spear in our front office team that will greet all of our guests and ensure that the first impression of the nhow London is served with a ‘Wow’.

Main tasks and responsibilities

• Provides a very warm welcome for guests arriving at the hotel.
• Ensures that every guest is provided with an authentic and warm interaction.
• Maintains an excellent understanding of the Hotel services and facilities
• Assists with all general enquiries and always looks for solutions
• Supports the Shift Leader with any tasks as required.
• To communicate with the Front Office Manager at all times, ensuring that she/he is aware of all relevant information.
• To be aware of the daily availability and daily selling strategy.
• Knowledge of fire and safety regulations, following these up when necessary

Knowledge and skills

• At least 2 years of front office reception experience in a vibrant hotel.
• Fluent in English and French.
• A charismatic and confident communicator in every sense.
• Analytical, focused, hands-on and results-driven – A Strong conceptual thinker.
• Highly organized and ability to multi-task in a driven manner.
• Outstanding Communication skills.
• Team player
