A true Ambassador for the nhow London, the waiter within the Restaurant team will be the first person to interact with all guests and goes the extra mile to provide a memorable experience.

Main tasks and responsibilities

• Has an excellent knowledge of the preparation and service of all dishes on the menu.
• Assists the Shift Leader that all mise en place is complete and correct before any service.
• Ensures that the Restaurant, Side Station and all service areas are kept clean and tidy.
• Ensures that guests are satisfied by assisting with serving, seating, and taking requests.
• Informs the F&B Shift Leader and the Chef of any guests with special requirements.

Knowledge and skills

• At least 1 year of food and beverage experience in a vibrant hotel.
• Fluent in English.
• A charismatic and confident communicator in every sense.
• Analytical, focused, hands-on and results-driven – A Strong conceptual thinker.
• Highly organized and ability to multi-task in a driven manner.
• Outstanding communication skills.
• Team player
